  1. All refunds are subject to discretion of D4 Commerce.
  2. Refund policy is subject to changes /termination at any time, decided by D4 Commerce.
  3. To apply for a refund, one has to complete Basecamp in the first 21 days of signup and provide proof of completion with their assignments and work.
  4. Any kind of feedback (text or video) is to be first shared to contact@d4commerce.com.
  5. Text/Video feedback needs to be shared by the person over their social media and Indiamaan/D4 Commerce needs to be duly tagged. Must answered questions in feedback are mentioned in Appendix I. Here are the requirements for the video feedback:
    1. Must be an MP4 video
    2. Should be shot in a 16:9 format (Check sample here)
    3. Language should be Hinglish/Hindi/English
    4. All the must answered questions are duly answered
  6. By applying for Money Back, the Basecamper grants D4 Commerce the right to use their content and feedback in any format for marketing purposes, for an indefinite period, or as long as D4 Commerce deems appropriate.
