Indiamaan is owned and operated by D4 Commerce, serving as its exclusive e-commerce brand.

At D4 Commerce, we are committed to delivering high-quality consultation services designed to empower individuals and businesses on their global e-commerce journey. Since our services involve the delivery of digital assets, expert knowledge, and personalized guidance, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. However, we value client satisfaction and encourage you to reach out to us at contact@d4commerce.com if you have any concerns or are dissatisfied with our services.

Refund Policy

  • All purchases made through D4 Commerce are non-refundable.
  • As our services involve digital consultations, workshops, and mentorship sessions, once a service is rendered or scheduled, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • We believe in the value and quality of our services. Therefore, all sales are considered final.

Exception for Partner or Collaboration Services:

  • Services offered through third-party partners or collaborations are not covered under this policy.
  • We do not guarantee refunds for partner services. If you have concerns regarding a partner service, please contact the partner directly or reach out to us at contact@d4commerce.com for assistance.
  • While we do not offer refunds for collaboration services, we are open to addressing any issues or concerns you may have.

Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancellation by You:

You may request to cancel a scheduled service under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled consultation, workshop, or mentorship session.
  • Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

3.2 Refundable Cancellations:

The following services are eligible for a full refund if cancelled at least 4 hours in advance:

  • Consultation calls
  • Workshop registrations
  • Mentorship application calls
  • Student mentorship calls

3.3 Cancellation by D4 Commerce:

In rare cases, D4 Commerce reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to:

  • Unforeseen technical issues or force majeure events.
  • Violation of our Terms of Use or inappropriate behavior.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
  • Non-compliance with applicable laws or regulations.

In the event that D4 Commerce cancels a service, no refund will be issued. However, we may offer to reschedule the service at no additional cost, in cases of 3.3 (i) and 3.3 (ii).

Partner and Third-Party Services

  • Partner services offered through collaborations or third-party platforms are outside the scope of this policy.
  • We do not guarantee or process refunds for partner services.
