Cancellation and Refund Policy:

We understand that sometimes circumstances change and you may need to cancel your enrollment in our online course program.

Please carefully read our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must do so in writing by emailing support@d4commerce.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.
  • If you cancel within 7 Days of registration and before starting the Product Discovery course module, you will be eligible for a refund after deduction of a cancellation fee of INR 2,350/- only. (For complete payment)
  • If you cancel after 7 Days of registration or after starting the Product Discovery course module, you will not be eligible for a refund. In case you are sincerely unsatisfied with the content please do let us know by writing us an email and we shall try our best to resolve it for you.
  • Refunds will be issued based on the payment method used to enroll in the course program.
  • If a refund is issued, your access to the course & community program will be immediately revoked.
  • The refund will reflect in your source account within 5-7 business days. For any queries you can write us an email.
