Enrollment and Access: a. To enroll in our online course program, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. b. Upon successful enrollment, you will be granted access to the course content and materials for the duration specified in the program details. c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring their proper use. Any unauthorized access or use of your account must be reported immediately.
Intellectual Property: a. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights, in the course content and materials provided to you remain the sole property of D4Commerce. b. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course content for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the materials is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation and Refunds: a. Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing by emailing support@d4commerce.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.” b. If you cancel within 7 days of registration and before starting the Product Discovery course module, you may be eligible for a refund after deduction of a cancellation fee, as specified in the cancellation and refund policy. c. If you cancel after 7 days of registration or after starting the Product Discovery course module, you will not be eligible for a refund, unless otherwise stated in the cancellation and refund policy.
Limitation of Liability: a. D4Commerce shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your enrollment and participation in the online course program. b. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the course content, and you acknowledge that any decisions or actions taken based on the information provided are solely your own responsibility.
Modification and Termination: a. D4Commerce reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the online course program, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. b. We may also update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
Privacy: a. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and store your data. By enrolling in our program, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where D4Commerce is based. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and D4Commerce regarding your enrollment and participation in the online course program, and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
